Englisch request for "Uri"

Poland has many great singers but nobody represents Poland on the world's stage better than the beautiful and talented Anna Maria Jopek. She accumulated an impressive list of performances in collaboration with jazz world greats like Branford Marsalis, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Makoto Ozone, Pat Metheny and others.
Here we have a musical date between AMJ and the Israeli singer Noa who is also famous for her international collaborations ( e.g. with Massimo Ranieri -https://lyricstranslate.com/en/massimo-ranieri-dicitencello-vuie-lyrics.... )
The concert takes place in the small town of Zichron Yakov in Northern Israel which I drive through every time I am in Israel. Small world.
Noa and AMJ sing Noa's song "Uri" and apparently the Polish lyrics were written specifically for this performance. It would be good if somebody transcribed it though the audio quality is not that great. Thanks.
