Hello,

A "Bump Request" button has now been added to request pages that are over a month old.
Currently only the original author of the request has the ability to bump it. When a request is bumped, the translation request will appear as new in search results and lists.

The request appears on the front page, but not on "Site activity"?

Hopefully, in the future, other users can bump older requests too, since many old requests were made by now inactive users. Allowing users over a specific level to bump such requests might be a good idea.

How long do we need to wait before being able to bump a request again if they remain untranslated?

It will be possible to do again, in a month. If you want to bump older request made by another user, you need to subscribe to it first, after that bump button will show up.

Oh, the option didn't appear in my own transcription requests, but it appeared once I unsubscribed and resubscribed to them.
