1. A lot of the song is written in a mix of phonemic gibberish and pseudo-Latin written with French spelling.

3. "lumi eternam" is more or less Latin for "Eternal Light". But "Lumi", "light", is clearly referencing to the city of Lumiere (which means "light" in French).
4. Probably "watches the dome". It is written in "pseudo-Latin".
5. This pseudo-Latin line seems to mean "Lutece (old name of Paris) will be, in pain (dolor), will be". Or, alternatively, it is based on the Latin verb "sero" and could mean something like "Lutece joins its painful destiny".

7. "ravir" has the double meaning of delight, please very much, charm, and capture, take.
8. The whole stanza is very cryptic. The syntax in this sentence is really hard to decipher, probably on purpose.
9. These lines are also fairly cryptic and require some interpretation. It is possible that verb and subject are inverted and the song only means "Eiffel will bend"
10. This pseudo-Latin probably means "I watch" or "I guard"
11. Probably "I watch the painting"

The original song is actually in French and a language which is probably pseudo-Latin, i.e. a free elaboration on Latin using French spelling and adding purely phonemic parts (like "dim dam talé lam" etc.).
The title is Lumière, French word for "light", but also the name of the city in the game.
The whole lyrics is quite enigmatic, and it is in all likelihood on purpose.
