ITZY The 1st World Tour 'Checkmate' is the first world tour by ITZY. It began on August 6, 2022 at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Seoul, South Korea.

On June 16, 2022, ITZY announced their first world tour with a total of 10 dates in Seoul and the U.S. The poster contains the phrase "and more", suggesting that more dates will be added at a later date. On June 22, it was announced that the second show in Seoul (August 7) will be live-streamed via Beyond LIVE with re-streaming on September 4. On February 13, 2023, it was announced that the second show in Chiba (February 23) will also be live-streamed via Beyond LIVE.
