This is what I got:
Everything else seems to line up. I spent an hour trying to read her lips but even then, her pronunciation isn't always that great.
Tortured(?) screams, infernal scars → Tone deaf screams? Drown the screams?
Darkness sees (could also be "seized"?) our hearts → I don't heard the 'd' at the, definitely leaning towards 'sees'
I also heard "taunted screams" but using it as an adjective for "screams" seems uncommon, if not far-fetched; I also heard "tone that screams" but that sounded clunky.

I think you might be right, I repeated it and I think it's definitely 'taunted screams'. She's singing it / pronouncing it: TO[EA]WN-TED
It's a term from gaming. That's an aggro skill to divert the attention of enemies from your teammates. Aggro = Aggression (control).

If we take into account gaming lore, then the lyrics seem to describe the aftermath of the heroes of Diablo 1 (which was told in Diablo 2). Anyway, my recommendation for two of the lines:
