Excess

I believe in
I conceive, 'n'
Bob 'n' weavin'
I can breathe in
Make a wish, 'n'
Fly my fish (?)
Monkey migration
Mind (/My) relation

I'm Jamaican (?) on your radio station
Got a (/Gotta) curse, and kooky words, 'n'
You first, in a hearse, 'n'
Curt is dead (?), there's... nothing left, 'n'
Nothing left in Sanwian (?), and
I need a headrest, and feet from a warm breast (?)

And they're making hits from my child, burn hicks (?)
Underground, like "Who you sound like?"
We all sound the same and you don't know my name

I believe in people lyin', I believe in people dyin'
I believe in people flyin' (/fryin'), I believe in people cryin'

I believe in people walkin', I believe in people talkin'
I believe in people breathin', I believe in people bein'

We all sound the same here, don't know my name, 'n'
Rearrangin', things don't change
Things remain, feels strained
Stressed, catch my breath
Get some rest, things move fast (?)
'Cause with the mask, coundn't care less
Shooting pains like smack to my vein
Shoot the feind, out of a plane

I believe in different reasons
I believe in breathe-through (?) seasons
I believe what snowflakes fall
I believe in buildings tall

I believe in people bombin'
I believe in people warrin'
I believe disease is callin'
I believe that's why I'm runnin'

Keep livin'! Keep livin'!

Moved out the rats, before your tax (?)
Moved out (of) the flats, moved out my sacs (from 'culdesac'?)
Moved out the city, moved out the country
Homme is crunchy, and friends that are punchy (?)

I believe in people bombin'
I believe in people warrin'
I believe disease is callin'
I believe that's why I'm runnin'

I believe in people walkin', I believe in people talkin'
I believe in people breathin', I believe in people bein'

Keep livin'! Keep livin'! Keep livin'!

Well, this is all by ear having never heard the song before or looked up the lyrics elsewhere. Hopefully some of it's useful, but my impression is that the song is mostly just "stream of consciousness" and not really made to be meaningful for the most part. I'd be willing to bet that the guy who talks over this song wouldn't even be able to tell you what he was saying.
