• To insert a link to an idiom, use the format [idiom name="Exact Idiom Title"]Text to display as link[/idiom] (you can also use angle brackets: <idiom name="Exact Idiom Title">Text to display as link</idiom>). Important: You must provide the exact title of the idiom as it is saved on the site within the name="" attribute. The text between the opening and closing tags will become the clickable link text.

  For example, if a song contains the line "when a pig fly", but the corresponding idiom on the site is titled "when pigs fly", you should wrap the text like this: [idiom name="when pigs fly"]when a pig fly[/idiom]. This will create a link to the "when pigs fly" idiom page, and the link text will be "when a pig fly".

• You can insert footnotes directly into texts with [fn]This text becomes a footnote.[/fn]. This will be replaced with a running number (the footnote reference) and the text within the [fn] tags will be moved to the bottom of the page (the footnote). See Footnotes Readme page for additional usage options.

• Geciteerde inhoud kan tussen [quote] tags worden geplaatst om te worden weergegeven als een ingesprongen citaat. Elke [quote] open-tag moet een overeenkomstige [/quote] sluit-tag hebben. Bijvoorbeeld:

  wordt weergegeven als:

  Daar bovenop is er een optie 'attribution', waarmee men de auteur van het citaat kan vermelden.

  Tenslotte kunnen meerdere [quote] tags in elkaar worden genest. Vergeet alleen niet dat elke [quote] open-tag een overeenkomstige [/quote] sluit-tag moet hebben.

  [quote=Ms. Quotation]This is a quote nested within another quote.[/quote]
  but you can't argue with
  [quote=Ms. Reply]The more quotes, the merrier.
  Just don't get too carried away.[/quote]

• Video Filter

  Je kan video's invoegen van populaire video-sites door een eenvoudige tag te gebruiken:[video:URL].

  Voorbeelden:

  • Willekeurige video uit een veelvoud:

  • Verander de standaard autoplay-instelling: [video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uN1qUeId autoplay:1]
  • Verander de standaard breedte en hoogte:

  • Verander de standaard hoogte-breedteverhouding:

• Regels en alinea's worden automatisch herkend. De <br /> regeleinde-, <p> alinea- en </p> sluit-alinea-tags worden automatisch ingevoegd. Als alinea's niet worden herkend, voeg dan gewoon een paar lege regels in.
• Adressen van webpagina's en e-mailadressen worden automatisch omgezet in links.

• You can insert tags like "[Chorus]" or "[Intro: Otto & Joost]" in lyrics or translation. Ensure each tag is on its own line and enclosed in square brackets.
