‘Children’s songs’ as a catch-all

I noticed this song has ‘children’s songs’ listed as the artist, but it’s not a folk song with no known lyricist or composer—in fact, both were rather celebrated; see Wikipedia for more. In fact, the composer is listed here (hell, I made sure of that myself). Who should be listed as the primary artist here?

I suspect there are plenty of other such cases under the former artist page. Mods, can you please look into this?

an cat dubh,

normally we do list the songs under the name of the performer, (not the lyricist/composer)
that's the system here at LT, but if the performer is not known,
than the songtext goes under the 'unknown artist page' dedicated to the language of that country
namely japanese, here: https://lyricstranslate.com/en/unknown-artist-japanese-lyrics.html

but i will tag moderator [@Don Juan], he will give more a precise respond on this (sort of) issue/s??

So I'm inclined to add the poem to Miki's page - but leave it in 'Children's songs' as well. It's impossible to know who was the first performer of the musical adaptation of the poem.
