1967, March 6. Nelson Eddy was 65 when he suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage onstage during a performance at the Sans Souci Hotel in Miami Beach and died the next morning. Suggested by [@GoldSteelStar]

1995, 8 November. Country Dick Montana died of a heart attack while performing "The Girl I Almost Married", three songs into the set at the Longhorn Saloon in Whistler, British Columbia.

1996, May 17. Johnny "Guitar" Watson suffered from a heart attack during a performance on tour in Yokohama, Japan, and he died at age 61. Suggested by [@GoldSteelStar]

1996, 30 November. Khaury was playing at a gala benefit hosted by the Women's Club of Minneapolis. In the middle of performing his last number of the evening — a rendition of his hit, "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" — he suffered a heart attack on stage and never gained consciousness.

2012, 2 September. Litvintroll's bass guitarist Oleg Klimchenko died during the rock-festival Mass Medium 2012' in Belarus in unclear circumstances.

2014, 7 December. He died while performing his signature song 'Oro'. He felt ill during the song, collapsed and couldn't be reanimated.

2015, 30 October. Four of the five members of the Romanian metal core band died during the Colectiv nightclub fire. The deceased were guitarists Mihai Alexandru and Vlad Țelea, drummer Bogdan Enache and bassist Alex Pascu.

2016, May 21. Former Megadeth drummer Nick Menza was performing with his jazz group OHM at the Baked Potato nightclub in LA when he collapsed onstage and died from heart failure at the age of 51. Suggested by [@GoldSteelStar]

2017, 22 March. Boston drummer Sib Hashian died from a heart attack after collapsing onstage during a performance on board the Independence of the Seas cruise ship. He was 67 years old. Suggested by [@GoldSteelStar]

2017, 19 July. Weldens was on tour and was performing in a church in the town of Gourdon in south-west France for the festival Léo Ferré when she collapsed on stage at about midnight on 19 July 2017 and was pronounced dead of cardiac arrest.

2018, 22 December. Seventeen was performing in a tent at Tanjung Lesung resort on 22 December 2018 when the Sunda Strait tsunami struck the stage from behind. Bani, Herman, Andi, a crew member, and their on-road manager were killed. Only one member of the band, Ifan, survived.

2021, July 18. Lasica died aged 81 from heart failure, right during his performance in Bratislava, just after he had given a bow after one song from his show.

2022, 15-16 October. Benjamin died on the night of 15–16 October 2022, during a concert at the Accor Arena in Paris. He was 41 years old. He suffered a cardiac arrest on stage during his performance. Benjamin succumbed shortly after, despite rescue efforts.

2023, 11 March. On 11 March 2023, Costa Titch collapsed when performing at the Ultra South Africa music festival in Johannesburg. He quickly regained his footing and continued performing, but collapsed again and died at age 28. The cause of his death is not yet known. (Wikipedia)

2024, 30 August. Isaac Freeman III, better known by his stage name Fatman Scoop, collapsed during a free performance in Hamden, Connecticut, and was rushed to a hospital; the following day, it was announced that he had died at the age of 53. (Wikipedia based on CT Insider and AP News).

2025, April 8. Perez was performing at a discotheque in Santo Domingo when the roof collapsed, killing more than a hundred people, including the singer. Suggested by [@Diazepan Medina].
