SESH: "SESH": Music company developed by BONES itself. Its old name is "SESHOLLOWATERBOYZ". Don't mind that I said the old name, this name consists of 4 people. Xavier Wulf, Chris Travis, Eddy Baker, Elmo Kennedy O'Connor (BONES). Today, this name is fragmented into 4e. The name of the company that BONES produces is SESH, Eddy Baker Health Boyz, Xavier Wulf Hollow Squad, Chris Travis Water Boyz Entertainment. When it all comes together, you get SESHOLLOWATERBOYZ. I said the old name that they used to produce with each other very often.
You ain't slangin stop, I pull up Parking ...: It is not a stretch to assume Bones is speaking of people talking mad game about slinging rocks of crack in some parking lot. The title may also reflect the music video where Bones is seen in front of a rocky seaside.
you're a sponge: Sponge means "parasite" in these lines. Parasites are generally useless on their own.
Man, can't you understand how I came in the ...: Bones is astonished by his own success and growth as an artist. His “personal maze” of obstacles and problems that came along with moving away from Howell, Michigan, made it seemingly impossible to crawl out of the darkness a small hometown can surround you with. Bones persevered.
I had to bounce, back, like the rubber band snap ...: Bones tells an anecdote of home. While it is unclear whether his family or his crew stashed money in a wall, he metaphorically compares his drive and determination to the roots of where it all started.
I am me and you are you Running around tryin'...: Bones reminds us that we are all the same, even though we’re our own person. We are all trying to make money as it is the one thing which can get us places and let us live. For this reason, anyone who judges someone for trying to earn money for themselves is ignoring the simple fact that, without money, you can’t live easily or happily nowadays: making money = survival.
White noise in the flesh, hair down, never see me: Bones is the literal embodiment of white noise: He’s a white rapper and his music (for the most part) can be quite foreboding, aggressive, and dissonant. Like Bones' music, most people find white noise distasteful, but a select few enjoy it, and even find it therapeutic.
With Bones' long hair always covering his face, it’s hard to get a good look at him. Just like white noise, or any sound for that matter, Bones can’t be seen.
Bones also has a song, “WhiteNoise” which is the third track off his 2013 album, Creep.
Ri-ri-rick: Ricky A Go Go, the name of another character of BONES. You can think of it like surrenderdorothy.
Mic check, 1, 2, Ri-ri-rick in the building: I BELIEVE this is a reference to one of BONES’ other songs WhiteBoyRick, a banger, go check it out
I make cash all night, fuck your money and your ...: The typical stereotype of an rapper is that he always raps about money, women or drugs.
Now it is saddly true but Bones sees through it all and finds the courage to speak out against it saying that it won’t help anyone if you spread a message of inequality in our society.
Also worth noting is the fact that Bones has always been pretty much against bragging about his wealth eventhough he rightiously deserves to brag about it since he worked all day and all night scrapping bottles and cans and even had rust inside of his lungs which still didn’t stop him from getting money.
