This is a Spanish adaptation of "Delilah," a song made famous in 1968 by the Welsh singer Tom Jones. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delilah_(Tom_Jones_song). The original English version was much darker to say the least. It culminated in the knife murder of Delilah by her jealous spurned lover--who then waited next to her body to be arrested.
