IwaR (Eiwaz or Eihwaz) is a rune representing the letter "Y" in the elder futhark. It also symbolizes a tree or an arrow.
The lyrics describes arrows flying towards the nine realms of Norse Mythology connected to the world tree, Yggdrasil. It also mentions Ullr - a Norse God associated with hunt and warfare and is often depicted with a bow and arrows.
The lyric poetic connects all the aspects of the rune.

Second line. "Sveigde bogen" is translated to "Svängde bågen" in Swedish - Turned the bow.
The Nynorsk word "sveie" stems from the Old Norse verb "sveigja" which means to turn.
However, I belive that "Sveigde" here is used to describe the action of bending the bow, from the Old Norse adjective "sveigr". Bending the bow, as in pulling back an arrow.
