Another morning where I wake up
But its the same day
And where it starts and where it ends
I don't know anymore
I eat alone between series
I have only one tv channel
The morning it's rather Netflix
The evening BMF TV
Come on, come on, come on
We are not going to fall into depression
Come on, come on, you know
We are not going to let them1 down
Come on, come on, come on
For our medical personnel and all those who work hard
Come on, come on, you know
We are going to stay at home and dance
From winter until summer
We are going to stay in lockdown2
From winter until summer
We stay here to dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance
For the parents who dream of the day
Where school will no longer be shut
For the children who have gone around
Their ten metre squares
For the doctors we applaud
Every night before diner
Tonight there will be no concert
But we will give it all we have
Come on, come on, come on
We are not going to fall into depression
Come on, come on, you know
We are not going to let them down
Come on, come on, come on
For our medical personnel and all those who work hard
Come on, come on, you know
We are going to stay at home and dance
From winter until summer
We are going to stay in lockdown
From winter until summer
We stay here to dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance
From winter until summer
We are going to stay in lockdown
From winter until summer
We stay here to dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance
Dance, dance, dance, dance

Et qu'elle commence ou qu'elle s'achève, je sais plus quelle heure il est -> nice adaptation!
c'est plutôt Netflix -> rather
les laisser tomber -> "les" is about all the lockdown heroes: "we won't let them down"
As a matter of fact, we did. But that's another story...
soignants et tous ceux qui triment -> "soignant" would be all medical personel, and "trimer" is positive here, like "work hard". Those who kept the country running during the lockdown.
confinés -> "confinement" and all derived terms are the local equivalents of "lockdown".
Both translations are fine, it's just an option if you want to make the word more explicit.
