This is indeed originally by the band Klamydia, Ruoska has covered it.
It's a crude song. It's about the life of an alcoholic, unemployed and depressed man in the town of Vaasa, Finland. Kisälli-Kirsi and Remontti-Reiska were on TV at the time, they were doing DIY shows.
The title of the song is an acronym, that is used as phrase in Finnish, so the translation is a bit clumsy.

Can you tell us whast's the phrase that e.v.v.k means??
It's an acronym for "Ei vois vähempää kiinnostaa", as in the chorus. Literally "I couldn't care less". I translated it to "I don't give a fuck" in the lyrics because that's more in line with the theme of the song.
