1. In the chorus, the first "e" it's used as an acronym for "este" that means "it is", the 2nd time it's only for the rhythm
2. The tricolor is our flag, made out of the three primary colors, Blue Yellow Red. Alternative translation: "When we won, we even made a hole in our flag" or instead of "we even /made a hole in/ our flag" it can be also be translated as "we even /pierced/ our flag"
