"Pour" as intransitive with no preposition is only about the rain. Here I'd advise "Pour it out", "Just pour it" or simply "Pour it" It means nothing in here, it just makes the verb transitive. All in all, it's a good translation! Thank you. :)
I understand what you're saying. Obviously he means "pour me a drink" and because it says after "I'm drinking to her health" I thought that it was clear what he's talking about and that's why I left it as is.
