In this song they use some unconventional Kanji readings, for example, the pair "複製" is read "fukusei", meaning "duplicate", but here they have it as "copī", based on the English word "copy", due to the similar meaning.
For the reading they use for "愛" I had to resort to Wiktionary for the answer, and "naru" was the only reading that I found that was somewhat close to what I heard. This is a Nanori reading, meaning it's used for names, which makes it kinda weird to be used in a song if it's not referring to a particular person. Considering they use "copī" for "複製", maybe it could be that they are using "rabu" for "愛", from "love". But that's not what I'm hearing, maybe someone with a better hearing than mine could verify this.
EDIT: I decided to go for "rabu" as the reading for "愛", I've been listening to this a bit more and it started to sound more like that, it also makes a lot more sense for the reading to be based on English than for it to be some obscure Nanori reading.
