1. I have no idea why 'Sie' is capitalized here. It seems unlikely that the narrator would refer to someone as 'Sie' here, who is referred to as 'du' in all the many other places in the song. I can't imagine whom else the narrator would be addressing here, so I'm just going to take it as a typo for 'they.'
2. 'Schmerzstille' is a word that isn't in Duden yet, but can easily found in places like the tumblr pages of emo teens. I guess it's just making a noun from the adjective 'schmerzstillend.'

I'm only in beginners German (which is why I'm in the position of needing to request translations), so I'm afraid I can't offer any insight into why Sie might be capitalized other than perhaps it being some sort of typo in the lyric booklet, because I did copy the lyrics straight from there. I'm sorry I couldn't be much help, but thank you very much for translating :)
