The title could mean spirit, soul, or ghost . As this is an adaptation of Baudelaire’s La revenant, ghost seems to fit best.
* although the word is closer to bosom, the meaning may be closer to into your arms (or even in your bed since it’s a common expression for cuddling/sleeping/being intimate together)
