「君の瞳(め)に映る世界の続き/kimi no me ni utsuru sekai no tsuduki」would literally mean 'the continuation of world reflected in your eyes' however I didn't translate it word to word, as it refers to the singer's feeling of hoping/wishing to spend rest of his life with his lover, as in spending their future together, or to be a part of his lover's future, to see himself in the eyes of his lover in the future, all this meaning combined, I wrote it as 'wanted to see myself in your future' I hope it makes sense.
