Su di me
I love music, l love languages, and I love music in different languages so this place is perfect!
I'm originally a Punk and Rock fan girl, but I appreciate all kinds of music.
My mother tongue is Norwegian and I speak in two different dialects on a regular basis.
I understand both written and spoken Swedish and Danish, and I would say that I'm somewhat fluent in English.
My accent is American due to spending time in LA as an exchange student when I was a teen.
At 14 I was gifted a huge book about Greek History and Legends and I fell in love with Greece right then and there.
I finally went to visit in my 20s and I came back fully enamored with the language as well as everything else.
The good, the bad, the ugly and everything fabulous!
Every time I stayed at a tiny hotel in the midst of a neighborhood, no fancy smancy for me thanks!
My language journey began with English in school (5 years), as well as German (5 years) and Spanish (1 year).
While my Greek language journey started back in 2004.
There were no apps back then so I began with the alphabet and then I just dived into Greek websites.
Eventually other stuff happened so I didn't stick with it.
But I'm now picking it back up again and continuing my learning.
Paralia is a direct translation of my dad's last name
