"Izauyoji" (いざうよじ) is a reverse Japanese reading of the word "jouzai" (じょうざい = pill).
Maybe, the lyricist Atsushi Sakurai used such a trick, since at the time of the song's release, lead guitarist Hisashi Imai got into a drug scandal.
In this translation, I tried to do something similar to the Sakurai's scheme. But it's still possible to make even more intriguing constructions. So any suggestions are accepted.
