За всю свою жизнь в США я слышал термин «dorsum» только в контексте медицинского жаргона. Это 100% не то слово, которое можно использовать в данном контексте, и даже не то слово, которое знает большинство носителей английского языка. Это перевод для английского языка, а не для латыни. Я не понимаю, в чем проблема, очевидное слово «back», почему бы его не использовать? Упрямый?

Вот именно, что не понимаете. Перевод представлен, как рифмованный, и dress off - dorsum претендует на то, чтобы быть рифмой,
некоторое созвучие наблюдается. А Ваш "back" - он даже с "fuck" не рифмуется, пардон мон френч.
И совсем уж смешно "За всю свою жизнь в США". Что мы теперь годами жизни в СеШеА будем меряться? А откуда мы знаем в каком Ше Вы там жили и под каким забором и с какими медицинскими работниками общались?
Но видимо Ваша жизнь в СеШеА была долгой и русский язык успел подзаржаветь - "Это перевод для английского языка, а не для латыни" Падежов то подзабыли, батенька. Или не знали никогда?
