1. 解放 means to release or let go. In this context it most likely means mentally and not physically. It's representing Rei wanting to move on and heal from her past.
2. I have a feeling this is another song about Rei's past idol life and how she was completely miserable while living it.
3. I'm a little confused on the chorus. I'm interpreting "become a song, and pierce their chest" is eluding to Rei now making music that she enjoys, is kind of saying "screw you" to those who forced her to stay in that lifestyle.
