I think nearly all of the "kurai"s or 「位」 have been transliterated as "i" which could be a mistake. Great translation and transliteration work though! I love this song!
You're quite right on both accounts! Fixed 'em. For the transliteration I usually just plug the kanji into a romaji translator and then listen through it to make sure that stuff like this doesn't happen but I must have missed this song or I just wasn't paying very good attention haha. Also in the third stanza, "ichi ho" should be "ippo" I think.
