Puede ser que no es gramaticalmente corecto, pero asi es real traducir, asi son nuestras cancones ?♀️ "No te sientes bueno y tu salgas afuera", quiere decir que ella tiene fiebre y salga para divertirse, anque esta enferma, por eso se llama cancion 39,2.

But anyways, I see many mistakes that are not part of the translation per se (I don't speak Serbian, so I can't tell). Instead, these are the mistakes of someone who is learning Spanish and don't know how its grammar works yet.
You have several orthographic mistakes. For example, you don't add accent marks to your Spanish translation:
"Y tu no estas invitada" > Y tú no estás invitada
If you don't add accent marks, it says (literally): "And your not these ones invited".
And you also have some mistakes like:
"Solo mi cuerpo es aqui" (it says: "only my body to be here")
Un cuerpo NO puede "ser aquí", it should be something like "sólo mi cuerpo está aquí" ("only my body is here"), that makes sense in Spanish, otherwise it's grammatically incorrect.
Lastly, the Spanish version doesn't make sense. No one will ever tell you "yo sé mejor", that looks like a literal translation of "I know better".
I get that you may be learning Spanish, but you should try to do a little research so you can translate this properly.

How can you see all these errors, if you do not speak Serbian, just by comparing with the English translation, you came to that conclusion.
Maybe no one will say 'I'm better', but in that part that is exactly what it means and should be translated, literally.
[@Ketriin007] I didn't look at the English translation. But "Yo sé mejor" looks like a literal translation of "I know better", which is a mistake comparable to a machine translation. It sounds like you translated it word by word, that's why I'm telling you it doesn't sound good, because in Spanish people don't say that. When you translate you should try to make it look natural, that phrase is not natural at all.
I'm not going to tell you if your translation from Serbian to Spanish is correct or not, and I won't compare it to other translations because I don't know if they're ok either, but I can tell when something in Spanish is gramatically correct, and that phrase is not. It's even confusing in some parts.
For example:
お名前は何ですか。
Its literal meaning is "What's your name?"
but I can also translate it as: "name is what?" which is exactly what it says in Japanese.
You can clearly see that one of those translations is wrong, even though that's what it really says, and even if you don't speak Japanese.
There is no other way, it must be literally.
