Excellent translation! Do you like Sifar's music?
It would have been five stars, if you had retained the original lyrics' lay-out. As the current lay-out makes the translation quite confusing for people trying to learn Hindi. If you correct this, I will change my vote into five stars.
By the way, shouldn't the Urdu word "bekhabar" be translated to "obliviousness" or "carelessness", rather than "innocence"? It's actually an adjective, rather than a noun, but I believe it could as well be translated as a noun in this case.
