Where do I even begin? :) In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing guitar, drawing, writing short stories, playing video games, quilting, building scale models, and learning new languages. My favorite genres to write in are historical fiction, literatary fiction, and science fiction. I also enjoy learning about culture and history (particularly military history) and collect items that date from the Industrial Revolution to the Second World War.

My taste in music is varied. I enjoy opera and classical music as much as I do EBM and industrial. The only genres that I'm not particularly fond of are rap, hip-hop, R&B, and super heavy rock/metal. At the moment some of my favorite artists are Johnny Cash, And One, The Lumineers, Assemblage 23, VNV Nation, Arcade Fire, Depeche Mode, and Juanes.

I am a twenty-something year old currently living in Québec, Canada, where I was born. I grew up speaking French, Spanish, and some Gallego. I started learning English as soon as I started my first year in school and have studied in the USA for a few years so that I could get a better grasp of it. I like to think that it worked! :)
