Why in every English translation of this song used word "paint", when it is "draw". Maybe I don't understand something...
because you don't "draw" using paints. you're painting. and the song mentions gouache, whish is a paint.
'рисовала' does mean to draw, but the other use for the word is to 'paint'. As a painter (who specializes in gouache), you don't 'draw' with gouache, you paint.
