You can romanize 千紫万紅 to senshibanko. It literally means a thousand of (千) purples (紫), ten thousand of (万) crimsons (紅), but means a very beautiful scene where colorful flowers bloom in substance. I translated this like with all sorts of the blooms rioting in all their glory. This is rarely used poetic diction except in some of 17th century Japanese classics. Most of Japanese probably don't know it.
