Great job! but... (<-- sometime I hate to say this word)
I would use "aun" in place of "incluso"
"Y incluso ahora me escucharás llamándote" -> "Y aun ahora me escucharás llamándote"
And if you still think that "incluso" is better, you should change the "Y" to "E"
"E incluso ahora me escucharás llamándote"
Yeah,It should be "e incluso.." :p
