I would suggest just three changes.
1. "Disfrutar" means to enjoy oneself. (See the Larousse Spanish/English dictionary. Your English sentence doesn't make very good sense--enjoy what?-- but it would if you just put the "myself" in after "enjoy."
2. "Me juraras" does not mean "begged me." "Jurar que" means to swear that. (see the Larousse Spanish/English dictionary.) So the sense of the line is, " even if you were to swear to me that you have changed a lot." (You also didn't translate the "mucho" part and I think you should.
3 In the next line you ignore the "ya" in the Spanish and thus miss part of the point. You could say rather
"We no longer have anything between us" I think, however that, "What was ours is finished now." might be a better way to express the thought, as being more faithful to the Spanish words.
