According to Reol herself, the title "Nd60" refers to the element of "neodymium", used in magnets. I guess she means that she feels a magnetic pull into her depression.
"S and N" could refer to "south" and "north" (on the other side of these polar opposites) or "sadistic" and "normal" (this is the meaning that I originally thought of, and it also ties in with the line "pain and joy switch on and off").
