- 2. In the German this is "#Ständertime" (literally "boner time"). It's the name of another well-known video/song by Y-Titty.

"Ich geb' 'nen Hashtag auf dich" is an modification of the idiom "ich geb' 'nen Scheiß auf dich" which means meaning "I don't give a flying fuck on you".
So that line should rather be translated to "I (don't) give a hashtag on you" - or something like that.
"trinke nur Bier" is no question, so you should remove the question mark.
"leider geil" is a really untranslatable slang expression. It normally means something like "it's really stupid and utter bullshit but somehow still quite enjoyable". Here it additionally also makes sense literally, though.
"to get it" means "to die"? If it means that, then it's translated correctly.
And "schicken" is accusative case of "schick" which means "fancy", "nice", "hip", "good-looking"...
The rest looks like it's translated correctly.
Btw, it would be easier readable if you'd use the footnote feature.
Just write the footnote text directly into the translation but use the tags <.fn> and <./fn> (without the dots).
