*refers to a lot of different clothing - dress, bathing suit, one-piece suit, etc. probably a bathing suit in this case.
I got a fresh copy of the kanji from goo, because for some reason, some of the lyrics posted here are showing up as Chinese. So the verses look a little different, but it's the same song, in full.
