The Persian song is a main theme song in "Hit the Road" movie(In Persian: جاده خاکی, literally "the dirt road, the title also means an unusual, probably illegal, way to do something in Persian slang).
This debut feature film of Panah Panahi won the BFI London festival's best film prize few days ago. Here is a teaser of the movie where this song is played.
