Lo vi de nuestro lado y si te puedo confirmar que la razón que no puedes hacer más colecciones es por falta de puntos y tu rol.

Collections can be added starting from the Member role https://lyricstranslate.com/en/faq#faq52
There's no option of adding a new collection for Novice members. Since your role changed from Member back to Novice, you can't add Collections at the moment, but probably the link was still visible on previously opened pages.
