Line 2 actually says "I have Vesuvius deep in my veins". Vesuvius is the volcano in Italy whose eruption destroyed Pompeii, but I chose to translate "a volcano" so that more people around the world can understand, even if they don't know Vesuvius. I think no meaning is lost with this change
