I own two ravens
They are my dearest
One for my memory
One for my thought
I own two ravens
They are my dearest
One for my memory
One for my thought
In each wind, from me
flying their own way
They chant songs to me
when they come home
Sometimes I fear,
that Thought will not return home
but more I worry,
that Memory will lose his way
Lost is Thought
without memory
A tree rots
without roots
On their wings they carry
All the time that flows
Oh, memory-bird
Be with me for all my time
All my time
Memory is always near
Show the way, counsel me
Memory is always near
Experienced counsel, mistakes' savior
Memory I am called!
Burden on the back of consciousness
The poet's way to the word's hoof
The root of the tree and the crack of the stone
The crown of the thing and the vigilance of the wolf

Great translation! I bought the vinyls and they come with a booklet. The official translation included is almost the same as yours.
