I would change:
You just hover => just you soar
Там вдали фонари

A friend said "Hover" was an alternative, that's why I said "Hover" for it sounded much better to my ears ?
Anyways, the second one, I'll definitely use "Out there, far away lights are on, and you go shine"
But "Speak/Talk all night long" isn't that the same? I used "All night long" for "Talk until the sun will shine, never shut up, just talk nonstop"
“Hover” is pretty much a static state, like helicopter hovering in one spot. “Пари» means soaring freely, joyfully. So I would not use “hover”.
Speak is just speak with no one in particular. Talk is to speak with/to someone. That’s why I would use “talk” as in conversation.
