Acabo de preguntarle a alguien de Venezuela si usa la expresión "se siente como", así que saldré de dudas de una vez xD

Know what to do: creo que debería ir en 1ª persona, no en 2ª.
"Pero he estado sintiéndome" suena raro en español... es una conjugación poco usada, (damn Spanish verbs, we have useless tenses to stop a train) y creo que no corresponde exactamente con "have been feeling" (no te lo puedo decir exactamente porque nunca aprendí a distinguir bien un prét. perf. del otro, pero creo que "he estado" implica que ya dejó de estarlo)
"I've been feeling ... hopeful" implica también que ahora mismo aún siente esperanzas, ¿no? En ese caso, yo pondría "Pero últimamente me siento algo optimista" (Cómo Esquivar los Problemas, seguro que eso es parte del temario de traducción ;) )
Nos animaremos. (esa estrofa está bien traducida, pero queda muy larga, y no suena a algo que diría un español. Si se me ocurre una versión alternativa te digo)
Y la palabra para implode sería implosionar (con el "self", "autoimplosionar")... buena suerte traduciendo eso :S
a mí 'se siente como' no me gusta pero no sabía qué poner en su lugar. Por cierto por qué has preguntado a alguien de Venezuela, es que no confías en tu español? :P

no estoy de acuerdo con el cambio de persona...la frase es una pregunta '[do you] know what to do? así que me parece bien que va en 2ª.

I've double-checked it in WordReference and the DRAE, but "implodir" doesn't exist in Spanish. (In Portuguese, may be.)
