Nemo should probably be left as it is, from Latin nemo meaning nobody. The line izgleda da me nema is a play on words because for someone "not to be there" sounds almost the same as nemo in Latin meaning nobody. Given the context of the song it is more likely that it means nobody than mutely ? It looks like I'm gone - Izgleda da me nema.
