Ni vill kalla mig för Mr fucked up register
Säga terrorist ligist ni e nazister
Rasist egoister o propagandister
Ta våra fuckin cash o sedan ge tillbaks

Ja inte mer än nån,
o än e vi fler än dom,
Så än e de lungt min bror,
men vi vågar vi se imorn?
Vågar ja be för dom?
shiiiiiiiiit

Brun skjortan bara byttes ut ingen lycklig slut politik din iblis/

Silenced

Sebbe Staxx

Born in the 80s
South of the city of Stockholm
The year before Olof Palme died of gunshot wounds
26 years have passed, respect has been made secondary, a Swedish rape of rights has escalated
Man, SD, a bunch of inbred hicks
The next Sweden Democrat I see, I'll break him
Nazis with chicken hearts, man, buttfucking classics
Wearing long sleeves in prison to hide their swastikas
The same cowardly mentality Per Albin showed when he let Hitler occupy my countrymen
By all means, by the rail road with coffee and biscuits, slaughter Norwegians, it's cool, give us gold, the king thanks and bows to the führer for the payment
If you cut the grass, you can see the snakes
See Virtanen hyped up on morning shows
Defending Carl Bildt, indirectly Jimmie Åkesson, EY!
Swedes become racists because of people like you!

Malcolm B

You'll find me in the suburb with tunnel vision
South of, south of red line zone where brothers are brother, what religion?
'Cause in the end, death is, death is our destination
And I lost my faith in television
'Cause the media wants to turn you into a clone
Will never listen
We're vengeful
We're one people, we'll never be silenced
'Cause they see what I see
From block to block
And the third world is part of our whole
You want to call me Mr. Fucked Up Register
Say terrorist, hoodlum, you're Nazis
Racists, egotists, and propagandists
But no more than bitches when the truth comes out
Try and say what you want but we'll never give up
We move against hatred in the state with our street troupe
You don't want us here but we're staying
Take our fucking cash and then give back

Nimo

I'm no more than anyone
And yet there's more of us than them
So it's still cool, my brother
But do we dare see tomorrow?
Do I dare pray for them?
Shit, should I relax?
Do I dare have children in this motherfucking city?!
'Cause what a world it is!
Is this what it's become?
Could hate them, too
Paint misery for you!
But I'm my father's child through every step
He pointed at the sun, said she gave us all life!
So how can I hate you?
You're my fucking brother
I love all of you, in spite of you wanting my blood
So take my blood, beat my body, take my life
My voice can never be silenced, will live for ever!
Shiiiiiiiiit

Promoe

They call it hostility toward Swedes
When you show a bit of humanity
But I say that they don't know
A thing about Swedish identity
A thing of solidarity
Nothing about those who are never seen
Mocked, excluded, and silenced
But here comes the remix so you can listen some more
And I see lasermen, can still smell the gas
2012 and they're still talking about race
I'm talking rage, an expected consequence
My brother's born Swedish, yet he's still supposed to go home
So I've burned your flag since the cradle
It doesn't stand for the people, it stands for the king babbling,
Fucking strippers, and bribing gangsters
Not very long since his ugly dad hung out with brown Nazis
When will people wake up and stop messing around
I remember the 90s, how they were standing and heiling
Now they're in government, it's hard to smile
But we've got Safehouse, RMH, DVSG, and Ayla, so come on!

Moms

Turn on the TV, wake up early, see Sweden's gotten revolting
The color's chalky white but clearly filthy
Please, Woria Firi has struggled and worked
So we just greet, Choni barqerbam wagwan, bro, check him out
Badman's heavy and black as hell, but not Swedish, so there's no room for him
So now you don't get the right job 'cause you don't know the right, people, and resumes are easily lost
You're the furthest away, where the street is the principal and the financial sector of the ghetto is the kilo
Feels like it's running on repeat
A rerun of the 90s, just the brown shirt that changed, no happy ending, politics, you Iblis
Safety and comfort, I give you my word
Nazis, racists want nigger blood
Kent Ekeroth, yes, his own mother sentenced to prison, shit, can't find peace
Like the neighborhood minority, he keeps struggling against
So we stomp our feel to the beat labeled a threat
The desire is great, we've waited enough, see what happened when you turn on a brother?

Adam Tensta

What the fuck do you think, I'm gonna stand here and stare
While you lobby for us not being Swedish enough?
Not Swedish enough for what?
'Cause I remember as if it was yesterday how I felt when I was a child
I was proud to wear my dad's color
Proud to speak my mom's language
And none of it lead to a collision
Not then
Not until I went out to Kallhäll and had to run for the life
They wanted to take one summer's night
May have been 20 skinheads, while I was the lone black
I ran past the police but he barely tipped his hat
I guess he wanted to see me bleed
I guess he wanted to see me beat
And you ask me why
I don't trust the law
You should ask the same question to the cops
Or to elected politician stealing our money
Same people who close schools and sit and wait
For a homogeneous country of blond, blue-eyed Swedes
While selling out elderly care
And dare to complain about satellite dishes
And about people who just want to live their lives
'Cause where he fled from, death was sniffing him
So fuck you, all the people who think the same
Integration is just a word, it's just as well
That we tell it black and white
Some are worth less, not worth a fucking shit
This goes out to all Swedish parties
Not just to SD, or just to SP
But everyone who's made things worse
I'm proud to from Sweden, but I'm ashamed to be a Swede

Aleks

Hey, hey, our world is sick
Better enjoy it, tomorrow it might be over
(Why do you hate me)
Been misunderstood since I was a child
(You know I'm used to it)
This is for those, this is for those, this is for those whom no one sees
This is for those, this is for those, this is for those who no longer exist
Even if we, even if we, even if we're just silenced
I see us growing in number, see us growing in number

Commenti dell’autore:

The song as a whole is a reaction to the increasing popularity of the Sweden Democrats, a Swedish far-right political party known for their anti-immigration views and conservative views regarding Swedish national identity. Widely considered to be a racist, xenophobic party, to the point where all other mainstream political parties have refused to work with them, they have grown to be a noteworthy force in modern Swedish politics. The frontman of the party is Jimmie Åkesson, whom rapper Sebbe Staxx threatened over Twitter to kill a few years ago. He was fined for making illegal threats. This song came out a short time after and is in some ways his way of showing that he hasn't given up yet.

Olof Palme was prime minister of Sweden from 1969-1972, and again from 1982 until he was shot to death in 1986 by an unknown assailant.

Per Albin Hansson was prime minister during World War 2. Sebbe is (as far as I can tell) of Norwegian heritage, and is holding Hansson responsible for striking a deal with Nazi Germany while Denmark and Norway resisted. It might be worth mentioning that all of the performers except Promoe (as far as I know) are of non-Swedish heritage, although some would not consider Norway to be foreign enough to count.

Fredrik Virtanen is an entertainment journalist. This is a bit of a rabbit hole, but Sebbe is calling Virtanen out for calling Promoe out for calling out Carl Bildt (a former prime minister).

South Stockholm is, at least in stereotype, known as a strongly left-wing, working class area. The "red line" being referred to is the red subway line that runs through his neighborhood.

Promoe mentions "lasermen", which is a reference to an infamous Swedish attempted serial killer (ten attacked, one death) referred to as the "Laserman" who was active in the early 90s, so called because he used a rifle with a laser scope to attack immigrants. The smell of gas is presumably a reference to the gas chambers of the Nazi concentration camps.

The current king of Sweden has been especially controversial as of late, after revelations concerning the details of his, elt's say, more "party animal" side. Drinking, drugs, strippers, fraternizing with organized crime, etc., all of which has been described by a number of controversial books and articles written by former acquantances, and one alleged lover.

I believe Safehouse, RMH, DVSG, and Ayla are all Swedish hip-hop record labels.

To be honest, I don't know what "Woria Firi" and "Choni barqerbam wagwan" mean. I've assumed that the first is a name and the second is a phrase in some language, but I haven't been able to work it.

The word "minority" in "neighboorhood minority" is actually a bit of a linguistic cheat. The original word is "blatte", which is a broad racial slur. It isn't specific to any one race, except insofar as it targets people who are visibly of foreign heritage.

In the context of the song, "brown" or "brown shirt" means Nazi, referring to the uniforms of Nazi Germany.

The Swedish 90s were marked by a number of marches and attacks by skinheads, Nazis, and other white supremacists.

Iblis is the Muslim name of the Devil.

Kent Ekeroth is a Sweden Democrat.

SP is short for Svenskarnas Parti (roughly translated, the Party of the Swedes), a small but vocal Nationalsocialist party.

Lastly, the bit marked as performed by Aleks is the chorus, which is naturally repeated throughout the song.

Tensta (as in Adam Tensta's stage name) is a suburb of Stockholm populated predominately by immigrants.

Adam's final line was hard to translate. He says he's proud to be Swedish, but ashamed to be a "svenne", which is a word that has no real equivalent in English as far as I know. In some ways, it's the opposite of "blatte": a racial slur aimed against "ethnic", white Swedes. In others, it refers to a kind of stereotypical, mainstream, narrow-mindedness. What he's saying is that, though he's proud of his family, origin, and upbringing, if the Sweden Democrats represent what it means to be truly Swedish, then he'd be ashamed to be a true Swede.

Thank you very much.
I was curious to know the meaning of these lyrics, I had kind of grasped that it was about failed integration and racism but I didn't expect it to be so violent at politicians.

Well, sort of. It's about the rise of right-wing political over the past couple of years. And yeah, it's kind of unusual for Swedish rappers to be this "violent". It's actually a kind of "take that" from the first guy, Sebbe Staxx. A few years ago, he said something on Twitter about wanting to beat Jimmie Åkesson (politician) to death, or something like that. He was fined for it, and this song is to an extent his way of showing that he's not been beaten. I'll add some more comments later on. Edit: comments added.

Oh wow, thank you so much for providing this much context, I really appreciate it.

Now it feels like I have a more in-depth understanding of this song all thanks to you. It must have taken you some time to write down all these little things the song refers to and that might not be understandable to people outside of Sweden.

So thanks a lot, like really, this is awesome ^^
