Hey, good work! I would have translated these things differently:

Arrête de faire genre que tu connais ap : Stop pretending you don't get it
Pour des piques, clash ou quiproquo : For spikes, clashes, or quid pro quo (I'd just use the original Latin phrase)
Jeune polak va tout casser (eh!) : Young Polak is gonna tear it down
J'te mens pas j'sais m'placer : I won't lie, I know how to get the job (your translation is just fine, but "se placer" can also mean "get a job")
Si t'es fraîche j'vais tout t'casser : If you're sexy I'm gonna bang you
C'est pas bien et on le sait : It's not right and we know it
Pour la concu' ça va être technique : For the competition it's gonna be tough
C'est les baltringues qui tournent l'regard : The chickens drop their gazes

And towards the end you forgot to put a newline before "not the same flows" so the alignment is off

Thanks Guilhem, especially for the 'fraîche' line, where I was a bit off the mark! Just to clarify, for me a 'quid pro quo' in English, apart from being hardly the kind of language a rapper would use, is a reckoning, a tit-for-tat. Is that also your understanding of 'quiproquo' in French?

Thanks! As far as I know it's the same as English, so I think it's just as strange for a rapper to use "quiproquo" in French. But 'tit-for-tat' work well too.

Also I didn't really get 'piques' athough I translated it literally as 'spikes'.

As for "piques" it could be referring to the card suit (spades), but that doesn't make much more sense.

And apparently I don't know what quiproquo meant! I just talked with a friend and we agree it would best be translated as "misunderstanding". Thanks for that.
