خودها

تو یکی از این اتاقای تاریک ذهنت

یه خودی نشسته که نمی خوای بدونی هست

وقتی خوابی میاد بیرون آروم از پشت پلکت

نگاه می کنه با دقت به جسم خوابیده ت

جنس بدنش از سایه ست

رو گردنبندش یه تیکه شکسته آینه ست در حال تابیدن

تا یه کمی نزدیک میشه بهت می زنی غلت

انگار داری روتو می کنی به سمت تاریک تر

همه تو این قضیه ن

یه خودی تو ذهن بقیه ن

انتخاب می کنن ببیننت یا که نه

ولی من تو تاریکی نشستم

خیره به آینه تو دستم از تیرگی سایه ها تنم سرد

تصویرم هم محو

نشستم منتظرتم

سایه ها رو سیاهن آینه ها مکمل هم

آینه مو میگیرم می زنم تنها به دل شب

که تو تاریکی وجودم بشه حل

این آینه همسنگر من تو این مبارزه ست

تصویرم معجون زهرآگین حس و حادثه ست

این آینه ست که می زنم به استنادش حرف

مهم ترین خلق انسان بعد از اختراع چرخ

با کلید این کلمه ها وا میشن قفلا

ذهن بزرگ می خواد تصمیم کبری

بین این همه رفیق و غریب و گمراه

ذهنتو پیدا کن تو اجتماع خودها

Selves

In one of these dark rooms of your mind

A self1 has sit who you don't want to know is there

When you're asleep, he/she2 comes out slowly from behind of your eyelid

Looks carefully upon your sleeping body

His body's made of shadow3

On his necklace there is a shard of broken mirror, it's shining

As soon as it gets a bit close to you, you roll over

As if you are facing the darker side

Everybody are in this situation

They are a self in the minds of others

They choose to see you or not

But I have sit in the darkness

Gazing into the mirror in my hand, my body is cold from the blackness of the shadows

Also, my picture is faded

I'm sitting, waiting for you

Shadows "have a dark face" (are shameless, dishonored), mirrors are complementary for each other

I take my mirror and hit the heart of the night (as in "hit the road")

So my existence can solve in the darkness

This mirror is my "bunker/cover/shelter-mate" in this fight

My picture/image is the poisonous potion/mix/swallow of feeling and incidents

This is the mirror that I use as a proof/document for my words

The most important creation of humans after inventing the wheel

With the key of these words, locks get opened

"A Great Decision"4 calls for a great mind5

Among all these buddies, strangers and lost people

Find your mind in the crowd/society of Selves

1. "Selves" (Khodha) is a very rare but valid word in Persian. It is almost 100% meant to sound like "Khoda" or "God/Lord" as a more common word.
2. These are the same in Persian, we'll stick to "He" for simplicity's sake.
3. In other tracks, I refer to this entity as "The Shadow".
4. "Kobra's Decision" is a famous old story in which 'Kobra', a school girl, makes a great decision to take control of her life and grow up. 'Kobra' in Arabic means "The greatest (fem)". Therefore the title also means "The Great Decision".
5. Lit. "requires" or "wants". I went for "calls for" as it makes the sentence resemble "desperate times call for desperate measures".
