"1A" is a German colloquialism that can either be translated as top, best, awesome or first class. The term usually refers to the top quality of a thing or activity. Given that Alexa Feser chose to call the song "1A" (lit. in German "eins-a") I think it is translated and fits the rhyme scheme best when referring to nice little features and activities to be found in this world as "first class".
