- 1. there is a rather hard to translate pun here. "trou de balle" (lit. "bullet hole") is "asshole", while "trou d'obus" is just a detonation crater (the hole made by an exploding shell). So here he says "one at her shell hole, the other at her bullet hole"
- 2. Here the character is pictured in a mental institution as he gets interviewed by a psychiatrist

Aaah... That's actually my favorite album of his. "L'homme à tête de chou" is a masterpiece of sexual double entendres and poetic delirium.
The title is of course a pun on "Flashback". The character depicted in this concept album is mad with jealousy. The scene is just a projection of his obsessive fears of having his beloved MaryLou cheat on him.
