I felt your sullen cheeks,
So covered in tears,
"It's alright, I'm here."
You're not alone."

I know the suffering
you bear all alone,
How hard life is,
So come, give me your voice

Don't ever try to tell me
You'll be fine alone,
I accept all of you,
So raise your head

To answer your question nyaasar, "ten" (てん) is one reading of the character yes. But used in isolation (which it typically isn't) this character isn't a word so much as a concept, and its use as a title here is (I think) stylistic

Yes! Thank you!
Now I can finally finish my translation.
I'd been stuck at "たった一人で抱え込む" part and was confused about who is holding what/who.
I thought it was the 2nd person who was holding their own hardship, told by the 1st person.

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to write this translation.

Hi again Nyaasar,
I think that's also a possible translation and you could be right, it can be difficult sometimes to determine what's the end of a sentence and what's a qualifying clause for the next sentence when it comes to song lyrics because of their format. Of course, if we were looking at a normally formatted sentence or listening to a sentence with a natural rhythm (instead of a musical one), this ambiguity wouldn't exist.

But I confess I only listened to the song once before writing up the translation so I wasn't listening to that particular line while writing, listening to it again you could be right so I'll edit it really quick
