I tried to keep all of the original imagery that is used in the song. The translation isn't perfect, but I want to get this one out there so that someone can improve on it.
The song is really great and her voice is amazing. I interpret it to be about the importance of being honest, even at the price of temporarily hurt feelings. Makes sense.
