Kein Problem
No problem
Everybody knows that the die has been cast
Who is not tempted to manipulate?
Everybody knows that if you're standing on the edge
You begin to concentrate
Everybody knows that fear is just an identikit
Which is being redrawn everyday
But it's no problem
As long as we see the stars
But it's no problem
As long as we see the stars
Everybody knows that time can heal
Only a wound without dirt
Everybody know that the truth is different
From the tales of the mass-media
Everybody knows that the growing comes to its' end
And the rest turns into star dust
But it's no problem
As long as we see the stars
But it's no problem
As long as we see the stars
Everybody knows that the chancellor is a liar
And the vassals will be marching till the very last day
Everybody knows that the front has changed
And there are really no heroes
Everybody knows that the war has been decided beforehand
And the good always loses
(But it's no problem)
(But it's no problem)
(But it's no problem)
(But it's no problem)
But it's no problem
As long as we see the stars
(But it's no problem)
But it's no problem
(But it's no problem)
As long as we see the stars
(But it's no problem)

On this phrase "Jeder weiß, dass die Würfel schon gefallen sind" which you translate as "Everybody knows that the die has been cast", what does the "die" refers to?
It's actually a quote of Julius Caesar. "The die has been cast" is "Alea iacta est" in Latin. A die (plural dice) is a rounded cube used in gambling, with each of its six faces showing a different number from 1–6.
For the record Caesar actually said let the die be cast in greek and his phrase got mistranslated in Latin
Haven't known that. Thank you.
You're welcome. The correct phrase would be in Latin iacta alea esto
